Jo's journey into scalp micropigmentation began with extensive research, leading her to train under the world-renowned Ollie Hughes, a pioneer in natural hairline techniques and an SMP artist to high-profile clients at his prestigious London clinic.
Having experienced hair loss due to chemotherapy, Jo has a deep, personal understanding of her clients' anxieties. She recognises that hair loss can be a highly stressful experience, and her compassionate, personable approach is invaluable in supporting clients through the process.

I had SMP treatment with Jo at Muse starting end March 2024, she is incredibly patient and did a great job I would highly recommend, it takes 3 sessions so the change is gradual, after the 3rd session I now can't tell the difference between the real and SMP.
